In this modern age and time where everyone is so busy, and needs to work in front of literally multiple screens (if you’re counting your smart phones as screens too, for some), it is just hard to take a day off and bask under the magnificent sunlight.

Apparently, those who don’t have enough Vitamin D in their body are more prone to erectile dysfunction and other game-changers that you don’t want to know.

Not getting enough Vitamin D would also mean that your body is more prone to develop free radicals that may put your body’s nitric oxide at risk. Nitric oxide is the component that helps our blood vessels function well. Read: low nitric oxide, poor blood vessel functioning.

And we all know that our penis is made up of lots and lots of blood vessels and we need those to make it rise.

So what do I need to do now?

Well, if you feel that you’re not getting enough sunlight, then the best thing to do is to get yourself checked. Ask your doctor if you really have a Vitamin D deficiency.
