The Mercedes SLS AMG is easily one of the most stunning supercars in the world right now so.. you probably imagine that a new and improved version of this car would be totally awesome right? Well, Mercedes announced today that they’ll soon replace the SLS AMG with the SLS AMG GT, a more powerful and refined version of this supercar.

It’s going to be available in both Coupe and Roadster and its upgrades are mostly focused on performance. They’ve reprogrammed the ECU to take the power of the 6.3L V8 to 583 hp, optimized the transmission to reduce gear shift reaction time and.. modified the suspension deleting “comfort” mode and leaving only “sport” and “sport plus” for obvious reasons.

Inside, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT has received black leather and Alcantara upholstery with red stitching, red seat belts and a red center console that goes really well with the glossy black AMG trim. There are also other small upgrades but I’m sure you’re here only for the photos so.. enjoy!
