Now, here’s a first – a world first, that is: Urban Motor introduced the first custom BMW R nineT to the world, a premiere which will probably be accompanied by a majestic wave of followers; I’m already included! Customization is the key concept around which the nineT was designed, obviously, and I’m betting this will prove to be a a milestone for both BMW and the custom scene. Wouldn’t it be just great for BMW to build a limited edition of this bike?
The BMW R nineT got its fuel tank redesigned with more fluid lines to blend in with the custom alloy tail and a compact, sporty attire. A Mottogadget Motoscope Pro digital LED dash is what you’re probably looking at right now – or if you were riding this BMW beast; don’t worry, Urban Motor made sure it works flawlessly with the BMW CAN-bus wiring. The tuner also fitted the BMW with Brembo master cylinders for brake and clutch, Domino levers and Tarozzi pegs. You’ll just die when you hear the tunable Supertrapp exhaust system with wrapped headers mounted on this bike.
The front end of the bike wasn’t an exception so it did not make escape modifying. Actually, the original one was completely thrown away and replaced with a cool number plate and a 50mm headlight under it. Minimalistic is the new awesome. If you consider the Golden Tyre dual-sport rubber, which provide exceptional traction on multiple surfaces, you’ll then realize that the Urban Motor Track Grinder, the world’s first custom BMW R nineT, will change the way bike tuning is done around the world.
