The Archipelago Cinema will provide the best movie experience

As we get older, we have greater expectations from our home theater or the cinema and movies, in general. It was way easier when we were kids, wasn’t it? You were damn right over the moon when you were allowed to stay up late and watch a movie with the family; it didn’t mater what movie. Surely, you will agree, this particular cinema theater is outrageous, to say the least. Everyone, feel free to enjoy the Archipelago.

The Archipelago Cinema is located on the shoreline of Yao Noi, Thailand; it was created for the Film on the Rocks Yao Noi Festival, organized by Tilda Swinton and director Apichatpong Weerasethakul. The Archipelago was designed by Beijing-based architect Ole Scheeren to be a giant auditorium on a glowing raft, but I think people perceive it as much more than that. It’s worth mentioning that the cinema was built with recycled materials, so the Archipelago is also environmentally friendly. Guests and movie goers may enjoy it after a boat ride, although I’m not sure anyone will pay attention at the film with that breathtaking setting surrounding them.
