The cons are sort of the bad sides of the popular Weight Watchers. But just because there are a bit of letdowns doesn’t mean you should be afraid to try them out. It really is up to the person whether these are considered good or bad. But to most people, they find these as reasons not to trust and waste their time and effort on Weight Watchers. Weight Watchers

It could be a reason to lose your motivation.

Because of it’s weekly progress updates, it may be bit too much for you. Most people tend to record their progress bi-monthly or monthly. But with Weight Watchers, the weekly progress goals could be a bit intimidating for some people. You might lose a bit of your motivation, but that shouldn’t mean that you are bound to give up. It’s just good to be aware of the mechanics so that you will not go on blindly.

It is an actual investment.

If you have been wanting to stay fit for a long time and you have finally realized that you will act on it, then it is much better to invest on something worthwhile. For some, Weight Watchers are a bit too steep. One of the main reasons why some people avoid Weight Watchers is because of the expensive cost. But if you really want to get actual progress and see good results, the cost is worth it for sure.

It is easy to indulge.

Because of the fact that Weight Watchers won’t tell you what kind of food to eat, you might be bit tempted to take advantage of that opportunity. Because they are only concerned about the portions that your taking in, you are probably more inclined to eat whatever you want despite the portion control. It would be totally counter productive for you to eat whatever you want as long as you take in into moderate proportions but more often in the day.

No matter the piling bad side of Weight Watchers, it shouldn’t mean that you won’t at least try it. Give it a go and if it doesn’t work, then look for something that suits you. But before you dismiss it right away because of the cons, try it out first and see if it fits you or not.
