Today, we are featuring the second article in our Masturbation Mania series which is reasons why you should not feel guilty in masturbating aka why masturbating is healthy. If you haven’t read the last article in the series yet, then feel free to take a look at that article which is all about fun facts that you might not know about yet on masturbating. Enjoy!

Masturbation Mania

Reason #1: Masturbating keeps you prostate cancer-free.

Research studies from Harvard shown that men who masturbated and ejaculated more often (we’re talking about more than twenty times a month) is more than twenty percent at a lower risk to get prostate cancer compared to those who only ejaculated four to seven times a month. So the next time somebody catches you jerking along, just smile at them and say, you’re fighting off cancer.

Reason #2: Masturbation might give you the signal if you’re prone to heart risks.

Want to know whether you are at risk of having a heart disease? Then your erection during masturbation might be a red flag that you are more at risk than most. There could be a lot of reasons why a man is not able to maintain that pole during sex. Performance anxiety, for instance, when in bed with a really hot chick could cause a man to lose his erection. But when you’re alone and masturbating, and still losing that hard and erect charm? Now, that’s a point of concern. As it turns out, 45% of guys who are not able to maintain their erection during masturbation had a greater risk of cardiovascular trouble.

Reason #3: Masturbation is a good stress-reliever.

Can’t sleep? Feeling stressed out at work? Then why not turn on your television, pop a disc into that player, and grab a box of tissues? As it turns out, masturbation is a good way to relieve stress and relax your body a little bit, in turn helping you sleep. Who needs pills when you have your penis, anyway?
