Instant Frozen Breakfast Burrito

It is already known that our modern civilization is now already a fast paced one and have little regards to the quality of life that we are having as to our productivity as part of a mechanical circuit of this age. Sadly no matter how much we try, capitalists and the few hordes their resources and power so much so that we are deprived of the time means to enjoy a quiet and simple lives that we should all deserve. But alas one of its earliest manifestation are the different commercialized food establishment and products that produces artificial flavors and the like. We are being treated as simpletons by feeding us with bloody dog-food like foods so as we can conserve our time and make the most out of it in producing like human robots.

However, luckily for you mate us here at Brosome hates this kind of mentality and wants to help you experience and realize the best bro inside every single one of us. We don’t want you to compromise the quality of food that you are eating so you can dry up all your creative juices and exhaust yourself in doing things that are far from your sets of brilliant gifts. So here is a quick yet soulful premade sumptuous breakfast burrito that can nourish and satisfy you just as Mother Nature wants for us. This recipe aims for us to premade them and just reheat them when we need to consume it, every burrito can last in the freezer up to one month.


Bacon strips

Italian sausage

Freshly grated potatoes or frozen hash browns

Olive oil

About three to five beaten large eggs

Freshly ground or roughly ground black pepper

Rock salt

Grilled pita bread

Finely chopped onions

Tomatoes chopped into cubes

Chopped fresh cilantro

Grated cheese of your own choosing

Chopped fresh basil


*In a hot pan fry your bacons until it reached a nice and crispy texture as well as have its fat successfully rendered. Remove from heat. In the same pan stir fry your Italian sausage until becomes nice and golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

*In that same pan where you cooked both your bacon strips and Italian sausage, add a few drops of olive oil and start stir frying your freshly grated potatoes of frozen hash brown until it becomes nice and golden. Remove the potatoes from the pan and start stir frying your beaten eggs into silky cloud like lumps. Season with few pinches of rock salt and freshly ground black pepper.

*When you are done preparing your ingredients, start assembling your burritos. Put all the ingredients together as follows: lay down your grilled pita bread, drizzle with olive oil, put a spoonful of egg, chopped onions, as trip of bacon, cilantro, grated cheese of your choice, tomatoes, basil and a spoonful of Italian sausage. Wrap up the your ingredients as you would a burrito. Cover in baking parchment, store in to a zip lock bag and store your made burritos in your freezer. When you are ready to reheat them just remove them from its parchment and lightly cover it with wet paper towel and reheat it in a microwave oven, Enjoy.
