If you would ask any bros anywhere in the world of what their favorite complete one complete meal is; one of the most common and rather famous answer would be burger. And each of those bros would give you their own recipe for it claiming to be the best one. I do not know about you but I do love burgers and I have probably tasted most of this so called “Best Burgers”.
And in my experience as a diehard burger lover, I must say that it is always those unique and most feisty burger recipes that I would find myself at home. So in order to share my deep love for this unique complete food sandwich I dedicate this food recipe series that every single bro should try. Just a word of caution these feisty burger recipes are not for the faint of heart, for they will literally blow your mind in every single bite. So for the first part of our feisty burger recipe adventures we shall start our journey with the place where most bros have consumed the most burger sandwiches and have claimed to have the most innovative take on burgers. Mushroom Cheese Burger
A pound of your favorite ground beef
A teaspoon of salt
Half teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
A teaspoon of onion powder
Large slices of cheddar cheese
Three fourth cup of olive oil
Strips of fried bacon
Leaves of lettuce
Large slices of tomatoes
Large pieces of grilled Shitake mushroom
*In a large utility bowl mix the following ingredients with your hands as follows: ground beef, salt, onion powder, and freshly ground pepper. Massage the mixture until the flavors are adequately distributed.
*Make the patty by getting a scoop of the meat mixture. Flatten it in your palm and put a piece of cheddar cheese in it and form the patty. Heat the olive oil in a hot pan. Once the oil is hot start grilling the patty according to how cooked you want it to be.
*Set aside the patty to rest for 5 minutes. When the patty is set prepare your sandwich as follows: base of the toasted buns, patty, strips of fried bacon, lettuce, tomato, mushroom, toasted bun.
