As I’ve mentioned before, I love muscle cars. And if you’ve seen the Transformers movies – I have, and they kick a$$ – so does director Michael Bay. No one can top the coolness of Bumblebee, and I mean no one; although, I have to note that I love the old Camaro models quite a bit more than its newer embodiments.
The 2014 Chevrolet Camaro concept has been recently revealed, and it going to be the new Bumblebee in the upcoming Transformers 4 movie, which will show off two versions of Bumblebee. Michael Bay released, back in May, a few images of a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro SS stating that this vehicle is also going to be featured in the film.
The 2014 Camaro Bumblebee comes with an incredible new design; it comes with a completely re-styled front end, much more cleaner looking, with narrow LED headlights and front grille, and a huge lower air vent for cooling the engine compartment. There are also wider rear wheel arches with vents for cooling the brakes and apparently a new rear wing.
The 2014 Bumblebee Camaro is also fitted with a carbon fiber front spoiler and side skirts, and carbon side mirror housings. You have to wonder at this moment whether or not GM considers using this new look on the future generation Chevy Camaro. Until we find out, feel free to enjoy The Transformers 4 movie, in theaters from June 27th, 2014.
