Christmas is not complete with the iconic Christmas songs. Since it is almost Christmas, of course it’s only right for us to make a list of some of the best Christmas songs for you to listen to. The queen of pop is also the queen Christmas songs as Mariah Carey also has a lot of songs that charted well over the span of her career. All I Want for Christmas is You was a smash hit and Oh Santa! is just another of her successful songs that were loved by the people during the holidays.

9. Cold December Night by Michael Bublé (2011)

Well-known for his Christmas songs, Michael Bublé actually managed to reach the number ten at the Adult Contemporary chart of Billboard with Cold December Night. There’s just something about his soothing voice that make you really sad during the holidays. It’s not always gifts and jingles.

8. Mistletoe by Justin Beiber (2011)

Probably the most popular song of this list, Justin Beiber‘s hit single Mistletoe smashed the charts and made it to number 11 at Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart.It was inevitable because of his adoring and don’t forget massive fandom as well as it’s catchy tune. Mistletoe is definitely one of the most popular and most successful Christmas song in this list.

7. Dreams of Fireflies (On a Christmas Night) by Trans-Siberian Orchestra (2012)

Dreams of Fireflies (On a Christmas Night) was released by the American rock band Trans-Siberian Orchestra who are well known for their Christmas songs and holiday tunes. It’s not a surprise that they snagged the number 3 spot back in 2012 of December because they are a group who sings a lot of holiday songs.

6. Underneath the Tree by Kelly Clarkson (2013)

The first of two songs released by none other than Kelly Clarkson that managed to be included in this list is Underneath the Tree. It was released back in 2013 and it reached the number two spot in Billboard‘s Adult Contemporary chart for four consecutive weeks. It also managed to place in the Hot 100 list of the same charting system.

5. Wrapped in Red by Kelly Clarkson (2013)

Kelly Clarkson has been consistent with her work as an artist and that is shown through her successful releases such as this one. Wrapped in Bed was released in December 2013 and it reached the number two spot in Billboard‘s Adult Contemporary chart. Kelly might not be as big as she was before, but she consistently shows that talent surpasses time.

4. I’ll Be Home by Meghan Trainor (2014)

Breakout star Meghan Trainor released a single during the holidays and she managed to snag the number five spot in the Adult Contemporary Billboard chart. I’ll Be Home was produced and written by the pop singer herself which pretty much says a lot about her as one of the most influential artists of today.

3. Santa Tell Me by Ariana Grande (2014)

The princess of pop is in the house with her single Santa Tell Me. She actually took part in the writing of the lyrics and that doesn’t happen a lot with pop artists. Santa Tell Me reached the number 42 spot in the Hot 100 list and number seven in the Adult Contemporary Tracks both from Billboard.

2. That’s Christmas to Me by Pentatonix (2014)

YouTube sensation Pentatonix is definitely making waves with their amazing renditions and covers of popular songs. But their original track titled That’s Christmas to Me solidified their place in the music industry. It took them a while to get noticed but now that they are climbing the charts, they really did make one of the best songs of the year charting number three on the Billboard Adult Contemporary Tracks.

A cover of the iconic English rock band called Slade, Train really put it all out there. Not only did they manage to do the some justice, but they also reached the number ten spot in the Adult Contemporary Tracks of Billboard. It’s already hard enough for any song to reach any of Billboard‘s charts let alone a Christmas song.
